There’s Power In That Name!
“Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour; and a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms; and Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, look on us; and he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them; then Peter said, silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk” (Acts 3:1-6).
This scripture shows us there’s tremendous power in the Name of Jesus. Peter knew and understood the power in the Name of Jesus. He knew what that Name could accomplish, and he knew how to use it. He said to the lame man at the gate: “…such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.” Peter knew he had something!
Do you know you have something? If you’re born again, the Name of Jesus has been given to you to use for your life and for the good of others. You can use that Name over your body, your children, your home, or your business. If you have an infirmity in your body, you can use the Name of Jesus against that sickness and ask it to get out of your body, and it will.
PRAYER
Speak in tongues! The power.of God is going through you now, it's going through every part of your system to clean your blood and blood vessels. You are healed in any part of your body that needs healing right now. Receive now, take it in Jesus' Name. Begin to do what you couldn't do before, you are healed!
