PRAYER
Thank you Lord for the Word coming to us today, it lifts and upgrades our lives, we operate from another level after now, in the Name of Jesus'. Amen.
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ” (Ephesians 1:3).
The Christian is the blessed of the Lord, and part of what it means to be blessed is to be empowered to prosper. God has empowered you to prosper in everything you do. This means there’s no dryness, stagnation, lack or unproductivity in your life. You’ve been chosen and ordained for a life of praise, joy, excellence, victory, and glory in Christ Jesus.
In John 15:16, the Lord Jesus said, “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.” He emphasized the life of fruitfulness, productivity, and ever-increasing glory we’ve received in Christ, a life of transcendental blessings! This is your heritage. You became an heir of God and a joint heir with the Lord Jesus Christ the day you were born again.
Some Christians look at their lives and situation to conclude that maybe they’re not really blessed after all. “I don’t have a car; I don’t have a house; I don’t have money; how could anybody say that I’m blessed?” they would query. What they don’t realize is that life is spiritual, and the spiritual world controls the physical realm.
Those things which you can see and perceive—the symbols of prosperity—such as houses, cars, a good job, money, etc., will necessarily manifest as the results of the blessing. They’re not the blessing, but the effect of the blessing. The blessing is an unseen power or force that causes good things to happen to you, with you, for you, and through you! It causes the glory of God to be seen in your life.
HOW TO WALK IN THE BLESSINGS
As a Christian, there’s no blessing from God that’s not already in you and actively at work in your life. You’ve been blessed with ALL spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Just imagine any blessing you want; it’s already yours because you’re in Christ; the blessings are in Christ. 2 Corinthians 1:20 tells us that all the blessings of God in Christ are yes and amen to the glory of God. Hallelujah!
It explains why Peter declares in 1 Peter 3:9, "Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing." In Christ Jesus, we’re supremely and graciously blessed; no curse can work against you.
It is one thing to be called to inherit a blessing, and a completely different thing to actually walk in it. To walk in God’s blessings:
1. You have to recognize or walk in the consciousness that you’re blessed.
You have to see yourself the way God sees you and call yourself what He calls you.
Whenever God looks at you, all He sees is a success, a victor, an excellent person.
“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a dedicated nation, [God’s] own purchased, special people, that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the virtues and perfections of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” (1 Peter 2:9 AMPC).
God’s Word is His Word of wisdom about your life; speak it continually.
2. You have to affirm declare that you are blessed
Your affirmation of blessings establishes them in your life.
“Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak….” 1 Corinthians 2:12-13
You have to declare that you’re the righteousness of God, even if you’re feeling
condemned. You have to declare that you have and live in divine health, even if you’re feeling a pain in your body. Always declare your state and estate in Christ. You’re an heir of God, and a joint-heir with Christ, all things are yours! (Romans 8:17, 1 Corinthians 3:21).
WE WALK IN BLESSINGS ONLY
“Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel: according to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought” (Numbers 23:23)
There’re Christians who have come to the conclusion that their predicament is the result of a curse working against them. They’re thus going around seeking deliverance from so-called ancestral or other curses. Such Christians, consciously or inadvertently, have been deceived. The Christian is superior to Satan and everything of darkness, and therefore can’t be under a curse.
The Bible says, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature…” (2 Corinthians 5:17). You’ve been born anew, called to inherit a blessing, not a curse: “…ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing” (1 Peter 3:9). Read God’s promise to Abraham in Genesis 12:3: “And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” Blessings are at work in you, because you’re the seed of Abraham. No one can bewitch you or cast a spell on you.
If you were told that someone was trying to charm you, you don’t even have to pray for it not to work. You can neither be charmed nor cursed. There’s no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel. This is your heritage as the seed of Abraham.
Did you say there’s someone somewhere scheming against you, your family, or your job? Don’t panic. Don’t fret. Their schemes against you can’t work.
Take a cue or learning from Balaam of the Old Testament. After several futile attempts to enchant and curse Israel, he submitted, “No magic spells can bind Jacob, no incantations can hold back Israel…” (Numbers 23:23 MSG)
Balaam couldn’t lay a curse on them, because they were God’s people; and today, we’re living out better promises. You walk in blessings only, and only the blessed Word of the Lord can come to pass in your life. Even the demons know who you are. There’s a mark on you; you’re branded for God; sealed for blessings. Glory to God!
The Holy Spirit is inside you to teach you God’s Word and how to activate His blessings in your life. He’ll teach you to talk right, walk right and live right until those around you are overwhelmed by the results of God’s blessing upon your life.
MAKE THIS CONFESSION:
I’m what God says I am;
He’s made me a package of divine blessings,
The embodiment of the fullness of His blessings!
I refuse to walk in lack, poverty, disease, or anything that’s of the devil,
For I’ve been called to inherit a blessing.
I am carrying blessings with me everywhere
I am a blessings conveyor
I am a package of blessings everywhere
I am blessed and I am a blessing
I am the seed of Abraham and I am a blessing
The days of crying about my situations are over
There is nothing I can’t get
Nothing I can’t get!
I want it, I get it!
Even financial blessings are not left out
Nothing is too big for me
I am a child of a King

May God's Spirit rest upon you and keep you in the way that you go, May God's blessings overshadow you; everywhere you go The Spirit of God produce results in your life through the Word, Let the word be stirred within you and He will put that message in your mouth to tell the untold and take it everywhere and spread to every man's world. You are blessed in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
