PRAYER
We give you thanks Lord for for what your Word does to our spirits, we receive the blessing coming to us now from your Word with the knowledge that it would produce in us what it talks about, in Jesus' Mighty Name. Amen.
The impact and effect of the Word in our lives cannot be overemphasised. It plays a vital role in our lives. Without the Word, we cannot live the authentic Christian life, we cannot achieve much and we cannot do the things we ought to be doing as Christians.
We need the Word in every area and aspect of our lives. This is why the Bible tells us to have the Word of God dwell richly in us.
Colossians 3:16
"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord."
The Word contains all that you need for daily living. It is a daily guide on how to pilot your everyday. It gives you direction for your life.
You must make it a conscious effort to always place the Word before you in all things, make the Word first place in your life.
If you need to make any decision or you want to take any step, you should consult with the Word, seek counsel from the Word of God, it would give you the best idea and advice. This helps you not to find yourself in taking decisions that don't work or you find yourself making mistakes and errors.
Your life and the things that pertain to you are very precious to God. He wants you living the supernatural Christian life where and when all things go smoothly. You should desire this kind of life. This is why He gave you His Word to live by.
So you must make out time for the Word. This is how the Word would be able to lead and guide you. You should study the Word, get it into you. The Bible says,
"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth". 2 Timothy 2:15.
Voracious study of the Word is not only for preachers, you should voraciously study the Word as a Christian at all times. Your voracious study of the Word is for you. You use it to handle things in your life, you use it to take charge of circumstances and win.
There is no excuse, as a child of God not to live the authentic Christian life. You should be bringing men and women into the Kingdom and showing them how to live this kind of life.
Don't allow the devil a foothold in your life. When you have the Word fully loaded in your spirit, you can stand your ground in the face of trials and persecutions thrown by the devil, you'll always win with the Word,
Remember the Word is Jesus Himself, and Jesus defeated the devil in hell.
"And having spoiled principalities and powers, He made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it." Colossians 2:15.
Jesus completely rendered the devil helpless and took from him the keys of hell and of death.
"I am He that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death." Revelation 1:18.
This is what the devil experienced with the Word, Jesus our Lord. Hallelujah!
It is still still the same today, it is still working today. The Word is still as powerful and as effective as it was when Jesus defeated the devil. It’s even more effective because the Bible says,
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall He do also; and greater works than these shall He do; because I go unto my Father." John 14:12.
The reason for this is that we are born after the resurrected Christ. The One who doesn't live by blood
"Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.' Luke 24:39.
The One who can pass through walls.
"And as they thus spoke, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you." Luke 24:36.
This is the One we are born after. We can do things supernaturally because of the kind of life we have in us. Jesus rose with a new kind of life, a life beyond the ordinary human life. This life is what is called Zoe in Greek. This is the very life God is living with today, a life that knows no defeat, a life that cannot be infected, a life of continuous victory. This is what we rose together with Jesus with. Hallelujah!
This is life from the Word.
This life cannot be enjoyed by an unbeliever. He has to first be born again to receive this life.
This is what people of the world and of the flesh suffer as a result of their not being born again. They go through pain and hardships in life. The Word is not settled in their lives. They fight and toil to get things done hence living a life of defeat and failure everyday. This kind of life will only get worse because God is not in it.
We should endeavour to reach these ones and help them receive hope in God so they can live their destiny in God.
At this point if you are yet to make Jesus the Lord of your life, you can do so now by saying this prayer aloud.
Lift up your right hand stand say this,
'O Lord God. I come to You in the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ. I believe you died for me and I believe you made me free. Come and be the Lord of my life from today. I receive the Holy Spirit into my heart and I receive eternal life into my Spirit, j declare that I am savd, I am born again. Thank you Jesus fir saving me.'

So for the rest of us, every Christian has been mandated to preach the gospel to every creature, this is our divine responsibility, so we should continue at it to ensure the unsaved pour into the Kingdom of God.
Get the Word working in you today, meditate on it and put it to work and watch your life move in the direction of victory and glory all the time.
Lift up your hands and worship God.
