THE WORLD IS YOURS

PRAYER

*Thank you Lord for another opportunity to receive your Word. Your Word says, "The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him...." We thank you for what we are about to receive, thank you for the unveiling of mysteries and secrets in your Word to us today. We receive your Word gladly into our spirits, with faith and meekness, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

We would be studying from our Rhapsody of Realities for April 2024, Monday 15th.

It says, * THE WHOLE WORLD IS YOURS

*The opening Scripture is taken from Matthew 13:44. It says,*

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field (Matthew 13:44).

*A treasure is a collection of valuable things. This is what the Bible likens the Kingdom of God to. The Kingdom of God is a valuable thing. It is so valuable that the field where it was hid had to bought to get it. Have you ever found yourself in that kind of situation where you had to pay for something to get something? It’s the same situation here.*

The Lord Jesus vividly describes the Kingdom of Heaven as a hidden treasure in a field. The field symbolizes the world, and the treasure within it is the Church. Jesus saw the Church in the visions of His Spirit. He, in turn, paid the ultimate price, shedding His own blood to legally acquire the whole world for the sake of the treasure therein.

*Jesus saw a treasure, the Church, hid in a field which is the world, and He went after it He paid for the whole world in order to get the Church. He paid with the price of His own blood. He died on the cross, paying  the full price by shedding His own blood to get you, the Church. That collection of valuable things which defines a treasure, is you. You say, "Me? I'm I that valuable to God?" Emphatically yes you are! You are that valuable to God. He didn't pay the price because we were many, this is because if you had been the only one on the face of the earth, He would still have come to die. So it's not about the many people He was coming to die for. Hallelujah! You are precious to Him. Praise God!*

Thus, the world belongs to Jesus; He is its rightful owner. Hebrews 1:2 AMPC emphatically declares that Jesus Christ is not just an appointed heir, but He's the lawful owner of all things: "[But] in the last of these days He has spoken to us in [the person of a] Son, Whom He appointed Heir and lawful Owner of all things."

*When you go to a shopping mall to buy something, the moment you pay for that thing, it immediately becomes yours. When Jesus paid for the field which is the world, in other words, when Jesus paid for the world, the world became hes. The world belongs to Jesus, He is the rightful owner of this world today because He bought the world with the price of His precious blood. So He has the world in His custody* Glory to God!*

Then in Romans 8:16-17, we learn that as children of God, we're joint-heirs with Christ. This implies that everything that belongs to Jesus belongs to the Church the same way that it belongs to Him. Therefore, as He is-the lawful owner of all things-so are we. He doesn't own it without us, and we don't own it without Him. We have equal rights to everything that the Father gave to Jesus.

*Romans 8:16-17 says,
The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
The 17th verse tells us we are joint heirs with Christ. This makes all that he has ours. We own the whole world with Him, not 70/30 or 60/40 or even 50/50, but 100% ownership together. We own all that He has, we have equal rights to the things He owns, equal rights to the world together. Hallelujah! So we are free to enjoy all that is hes, we are free to use them as much as He is. He doesn't own jt without us and it's not ours without Him, we own it together. Hallelujah!*

Ephesians 3:8 (AMPC) describes our wealth and inheritance as boundless, fathomless, incalculable and exhaustless. Hallelujah! Have this consciousness. Walk through life with the mentality that the whole world belongs to you, because it does in Christ Jesus.

*When the Bible talks about the unsearchable riches of Christ in the King James Version, this is what it meant.
"Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;" Ephesians 3:8.
Our riches are past finding out. They are boundless, fathomless, incalculable and exhaustless. Glory! Where would lack and want come from with this kind of wealth? The thought of it should not even cross the mind of the believer because you are rich,  absolutely rich! Praise the Lord. You are in the level of more than enough that is exceedingly, abundantly. Ephesians 3:20. Never again say you don't have, with this kind of wealth, you shouldn't say such. Rather, you distribute your wealth. You do so as you sow seeds in Church, help others .... This is the life God has called you into, enjoy it. Hallelujah!*

The whole world was willed to Abraham, but the promise had to be fulfilled in Christ. The Bible says, "And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise" (Galatians 3:29). The whole earth is ours; we're not trying to get it; it belongs to us in Christ. Now you can understand why the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 3:21 22, "Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world... all are yours." Blessed be God!

*Hallelujah! We are the seed of Abraham. You can say that to yourself.  The whole world is our already, it's ours now, not in the sweet by and by, its ours now. Hallelujah!*

Let's take the confession together

CONFESSION
The whole world is mine because l'm an heir of God and a joint-heir with Christ. In Christ, I'm the rightful possessor of boundless, incalculable riches, wealth which no human mind can unravel. I walk in this confidence today, that in Christ, I have access to every blessing and all things are mine, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

FURTHER STUDY:

1 Corinthians 3:21-22
Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours, 22 Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are your's;

Romans 8:16-17
The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

Ephesians 3:8 AMPC
To me, though I am the very least of all the saints (God’s consecrated people), this grace (favor, privilege) was granted and graciously entrusted: to proclaim to the Gentiles the unending (boundless, fathomless, incalculable, and exhaustless) riches of Christ [wealth which no human being could have searched out],

*All things are ours. Glory to God!

Lift up your hands and worship the Lord!*
